Andhra Pradesh government  has stated that Microsoft in India will be setting up a Centre of Excellence in Visakhapatnam as part of its digital inclusion drive in the state focusing and sharpening to raise the productivity. Last week, Twitter has stated that its’ members might be the target of a state- sponsored attack on their accounts. Twitter warned that state-sponsored actors may be targeting in an attempt to obtain information such as e-mail addresses, IP addresses and Phone numbers. As said by Twitter, there is no evidence that the actors obtained Coldhak’s account information. Twitter’s action may be a first by a social network, although both Google and Facebook have adopted formal policies for warning their users about apparent state-sponsored attacks. […]
